Privacy Policy
VitalNote is a personal health diary app published by Abdulrazaq Alonazi. This policy describes how information is handled when you use the app.
Data we collect
Health readings and notes you enter (blood pressure, headaches, medications, weight, glucose, sleep, symptoms, and related metadata) are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a cloud account that receives your health logs by default.
How data is used
Your data is used only to display your history in the app and to generate PDF or image exports you choose to save or share. VitalNote does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
In-app purchases
If you upgrade to VitalNote Premium, payment is processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may provide us with purchase status so premium features can be unlocked on your device.
Sharing
When you export a PDF, Medical ID card, or use the system share sheet, you control where files are sent. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Data retention & deletion
Data remains on your device until you delete entries in the app or use Clear all readings in Settings. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data from your device.
Children
VitalNote is not directed at children under 13.
