Where is my data stored?

On your device only. We do not upload your health logs to our servers by default.

How do I export a report for my doctor?

Open Visit prep or Tools → Export report, choose a date range, then share or save the PDF.

How do I print my Medical ID wallet card?

Go to My records → Medical ID and tap Export PDF. Print at 100% scale for standard card size.

How do I restore Premium?

Open Settings and tap Restore purchases on the Premium screen (same Apple ID required).

How do I delete all my data?

Settings → Data → Clear all readings. You can also uninstall the app.
